Gifts in memory of Jim can be directed to the Jimmy Bartko Scholarship Fund at the University of Oregon. A generous donor has agreed to match up to $150,000 for all gifts received from December 2021 through June 2022.

About Jim Bartko
As an associate athletic director for 20 years, Jim Bartko helped drive the University of Oregon’s innovative athletic programs to unprecedented levels. After a stint as athletic director at Fresno State, Bartko returned to UO in 2018, where he served as Senior Ambassador, Alumni Relations. In 2020, Bartko began a partnership with UO’s Center for the Prevention of Abuse and Neglect, which includes the Jimmy Bartko Child Abuse & Scholarship Fund.
